At Keeping It Real Fit, you get customized food and fitness guidance catered to your specific health- related goals, lifestyle, food preferences and fitness level.

Regardless whether you want to lose body fat, get stronger, have more energy or simply feel and look better, my 1:1 coaching will help you get there by taking strategic, tiny steps.  Steps that build on one another to help you reach your goals, and build solid habits - for life.

You'll get my personal 1:1 guidance, support and accountability from Day 1.  My goal is to teach and guide you to form new sustainable habits that will become your new way of healthy living.

I take a holistic approach focusing on both the inner work and outer work.  We'll focus on your specific health goals PLUS dive into other areas that have significant impact on your health and well-being.  

Such as learning how to eat better, move better, manage mindset, focus on self-care, manage stress, improve sleep quality and be aware how your environment may impact your health (e.g. relationships and physical environment).

The power of coaching comes from working on each of the above elements in manageable steps to ensure your success.

Duration:  In order to achieve the best results, there's a minimum 3-month commitment.  You can choose to continue on a month-to-month basis after your third month.
