You'll get my personal 1:1 guidance, support and accountability from Day 1.
The program takes a holistic approach focusing on both the inner work and outer work. We'll focus on your specific health goals PLUS dive into other areas that have significant impact on your health and well-being.
Such as learning how to eat better, move better, manage mindset, focus on self-care, manage stress, improve sleep quality and be aware how your environment may impact your health (e.g. relationships and physical environment).

Duration: In order to achieve the best results, there's a minimum 3-month commitment. You can choose to continue on a month-to-month basis after your third month.

Don't want to think about what to make for breakfast, lunch and dinner? Let me do it for you. You'll get a minimum of 30-days of healthy breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner custom planned for you/your family, including grocery lists, cooking instructions and batch cooking tips. The meals are planned to minimize time in the kitchen! Cook once for 2-3 days worth of meals. You won't have worry about "what to make for dinner" or if you have the ingredients in your fridge or pantry.
Set up your kitchen for healthy eating success! Start with a clean slate - - get a pantry and refrigerator/freezer rescue. Learn the staples to always have on hand for when you need to put a quick, healthy and delicious meal together in less than 20 minutes. Get valuable tips on how best to set up your kitchen to support healthy eating habits for you and your family.
Grocery Shopping 101
Learn how to best shop the supermarket to support a healthy lifestyle. This starts even BEFORE you go shopping. Learn to prepare your shopping list, shop smartly when in-store, read nutrition labels and conquer cravings when grocery shopping.
Learn some basic cooking skills, cooking methods and must-have kitchen equipment/utensils that you can use to create endless number of delicious dishes. You'll get valuable tips on how to prep and cook once for 3 days worth of meals. Talk about time savings!
Month-to-Month Personal Coaching
